Meeting Rooms

The Maywood Public Library is a vibrant center for community life and learning, offering people of all ages abundant opportunities to enrich their lives. The Library serves as a free community cultural center, a focus point for community activities, and a forum for community issues. Adopted by the Maywood Public Library Board of Trustees, December 16, 2015.

Please note that as we begin to prepare for construction, meeting rooms will no longer be available, effective January 17, 2023. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to offering meeting room space again after our renovation.

Groups wishing to reserve a meeting room must submit a completed application to the meeting room manager at least two weeks before the desired booking date.  A written application is required for confirmation of booking.
